Total Eclipse Viewing and Livestream (All Ages)

Monday, April 8, 2024 @ 1:00 PM-4:00 PM

Let's watch the livestream from NASA, as the Total Eclipse makes its way from Texas, through Oklahoma, Arkansas, Tennesse, Missoruri, Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine.

The eclipse begins in Summit at 2:09 PM.  Bring your eclipse glasses with you to the library's front lawn as we watch the sky go to 90% totality by 3:30 PM.

Eclipse glasses are NOW AVAILABLE to SUMMIT RESIDENTS at the Library and the Summit Community Center, and at GRACE.  Check out an item or create a new library card to get eclipse glasses at the Library, up to 4 pairs per household. First come, first served while supplies last.

Please note: We will not be giving out eclipse glasses at the event.
