Celebrate Black History Month with Summit Free Public Library. Stop by the library and watch a showing of the Netflix Documentary of Black Barbie, followed by a virtual question and answer session with the director.
When the filmmaker's 83-year-old Aunt Beulah Mae Mitchell asks, "Why not make a Barbie that looks like me?," the story of the first Black Barbie begins.
