Explore Your World - American Literary Modernism (continued) In-Person / Online

A six-week mini course that will continue the exploration of American Literary Modernism, with an emphasis on the women authors of the period.  We will continue to investigate some of the early Romantic ideas that informed the American Modern aesthetic, its transatlantic influences, and some of its best known and loved practitioners, including, but not limited to: Willa Cather, W.C. Williams, Langston Hughes, Ernest Hemingway, Gertrude Stein, Scott Fitzgerald, Zora Neale Hurston.  A schedule of readings to be discussed will be distributed at the first session. Presented by Professor Bob Comeau of Union County College. In-person for those who wish to participate in the discussion and via Zoom for those who wish to observe.
