A Club in Motion In-Person

Looking to fix shoulder pain? Join the club! Restore your body to its natural state using the functional movements of a Mobility Club. It will help improve your mobility, flexibility, strength, balance and posture. Suitable for everyone and all fitness levels, the class will be conducted at a gentle pace, focusing on proper form and breaking movements down step by step. Move better. Feel better. Try exercising with a Mobility Club.

Mobility clubs, also called Indian clubs, have been around for centuries. The modern versions are made of plastic and weigh anywhere between 1.25 and 3.5 pounds.

Instructor Jon Leslie has been studying various forms of martial arts for 20 years. He was introduced to mobility clubs by a physiotherapist whilst rehabbing an open fracture on his wrist. It helped him with his recovery as well as his martial arts training. He recently received his level 1 certification in club swinging.
