AI in Education: Writing is Thinking Online

In this talk, Dr. Victoria Livingstone will discuss writing as a process closely tied to critical thinking and consider the implications of generative AI in education. The talk will be followed by Q&A.

Dr. Livingstone is a writer, educator, and editor. In 2024, her Time Magazine piece “I Quit Teaching Because of ChatGPT gained considerable international attention. Her work has been published widely, most recently in UNESCO Ideas Lab. She reflects on AI in her Substack Human Generated.
