In this 8-session workshop we will focus on creative writing and nurturing our writing voice in productive and non critical group discussions. Each week we will listen to samples of poetry, prose and short stories, discuss their meaning and use them as inspiration for our own writing. We will use the time to share our work and offer gentle critique if desired. Our focus is to generate work that is personal and from the heart. The workshop is open to adult writers of all skill levels.

Classes are from 7:00-9:00pm on Thursdays: April 23, April 30, May 7, May 14, May 21, May 28, June 18, and June 25.

Instructor Paul Rabinowitz’s published works appear in many magazines and journals including; Long Exposure Magazine, Linden Avenue Literary Journal, PIF Magazine and Escapism Literary Magazine. He founded "The Platform" a monthly literary reading series in Madison, New Jersey and "Platform Review," a journal of voices and visual art from around the world. He teaches creative writing and collaborates with local and international artists mixing his writing and photography with animation, dance and visual art. He produces mixed media performances and poetry animation films that have appeared on stages and theaters in New York City, New Jersey and Tel Aviv.
