Today we will be experimenting with different solutions to see how crystals form.

What You Need:

2 clear jars or cups (used pasta sauce jars work great)

Water

Measuring cup

Epsom Salt

Cooking pot

Sugar

String and a pencil or popsicle stick

Pick up supplies at the library or gather the list yourself at home.

What you need:

4-6 popsicle sticks

2 or 3 skewer sticks

Glue or hot glue and hot glue gun

Rubber band

2 or 3 drinking straws

Electrical tape (optional)

Screw, bolt or something small and heavy to weight the back (optional)
